Luminox Tony Kanaan Limited Edtion

Luminox and Tony Kanaan continue their collaboration and proudly announce the release of the fourth TK Limited Edition Series of 999 numbered pieces.

The new TK racing chrono watch features a striking white enamel dial (a first for Luminox) outlined in a black and white checkered flag motif. Kanaans's racing colors of green and yellow (also the colors of his native Brazil) are prominently featured on his watch, along with his number 11. The black leather strap has two racing stripes of white leather to match the white dial. Also available with a PU Strap.

I have always wanted one of these but the Limited Edition has always sold out in previous years. The price was always a bit high as well with these selling in the $800-$1000 range at most places. It looks like this years model didn't sell so well and some of them showed up at discount houses like Sierra Trading Post and Overstock.com.

Huge congratulations on snagging one you have been after for a while. Really is a special piece, and one that will be perfect
for the collection. Has such a neat look, as well as character about it honestly. Genuinely has to be one of Luminox's best,
and most unique designs. You can really appreciate just how different the case shape is here, as well as how much thought
went into getting the look, and colors just right. That checkered flag accent takes you back to classic race watches too ! While
the lime, and ultra cool sub-dials modernize things just as the case does. Wow ! Luminox did a fantastic job here.
