I am surprised sometimes that these old Timex watches still work as well as they do. This watch was rescued from a watch makers estate...probably brought in as a trade or to repair. It has a seriously noisy rotor, it knock on case when you move quickly...but it keeps perfect time. I think the guy who got rid of it did not appreciate the fact that telling time is the most important thing a $5.00 (in 1970) watch will ever do!!

doing years ago. I mean this Timex is 45 years old right?! ..I wonder how many of our newer watches we've just
picked up in the last few years will be working that well 40 years from now ! Shocked Guess we'll have to wait, and see. cheers
