It's Oris Watch's new Big Crown D.26 286 HB-RAG Limited Edition.
A watch that pays tribute to the Dewoitine D.26 aircraft used by the
Swiss Air force between 1931-1948, and will be limited to 1931 pieces.

With the watch having a 40mm multi-piece stainless steel case, 50M
water resistance, AR coated domed sapphire crystal, green dial with
cool hands, numbers, and markers with C3 Super-Luminova, the Oris
754 automatic (SW 200-1), leather strap, special presentation box, 
and more.
