Lowes and Home Depot Discount...

For years I was buying stuff at Home Depot and Lowes...without a discount, until my buddy who worked there mentioned the military discount.

For all active duty and retired military, both of these companies offer a 10% discount off of their lowest price for those who are currently serving or have been retired from the military...pretty cool in my book!

Since I am retired (16 years), I now use my discount for everyting...no matter the cost. Neither company has blinked for even multi thousand dollar purchases!

I wanted to pass this along because I didn't know for years and I wanted to make sure that anyone eligible got the dicount too...they sometimes mention it near memorial day, but the disount is continuous!

Thanks for the reminder, I have used that discount before but usually don't think about it for small purchases.

So us low-lifes that only served our 3 years don't qualify! BASTARDS!!! Hahaha, just kidding...well sorta! Great info for you freakin LIFERS though! And my hats off to all the men and women protecting our freedom! You deserve the discount!
