Picked up this solid gold ladies watch from the 1930's and made a ring out of it. The mainspring was sprung. . . Picked up two movements on E-Bay for $5.00. Both keep perfect time. Ron loaned me his hands puller. Swapped over dial, hands, and crown. Runs perfect. I've had it going for 30 hours and keeping time. Wore it out to dinner with family last night. It was a real conversation piece. I am amazed at the level of detail and attention paid in the manufacturing of these movements.
