Two Seiko 5's Empty
PostSubject: Two Seiko 5's   Two Seiko 5's Icon_minitimeThu Jan 17, 2013 11:38 pm

Here are some pictures of two Seiko 5's I got recently. Smile

Kind of having a hard time picking a favorite between them. The silver dialed one with the orange
accents is model SRP201. This one has a 44mm stainless steel case. The finish on both it, and
the bracelet is polished, and brushed. Also has a unidirectional rotating reflective bezel, Hardlex
crytsal, 100 meter water resistance, along with Lumbrite hands, and markers. This one has the
4R36 automatic movement with 24 jewels inside.

The orange dialed one is SNZD77J1. This has a 42mm case, with a brushed, and polished case,
and bracelet too. Water resistance is again at 100 meters. Plus it uses a Hardlex crytsal, Lumbrite
coated hands, and markers. The bezel is unidirectional, and this time the movement is the 23 jewel
7S36. Have been after this one for a couple of years. This one is the J1 instead of K1 model though.

Here are some pics. I hope you enjoy !

Very nice Tom! Looks like a couple of winners there. I like both, but really think the case on the orange dial is unique. Very integrated and looks great. Enjoy them.

I haven't seen either one of those before. Very nice!! I like the bezel and hands better on the silver dial, but I still like the overall package better on the orange one. Enjoy!!
