Decided to take in a little hike today. Went up to June Lake and onto the Loowit trail above it on the south side of Mt. St. Helens. Took a few pictures and even a wrist shot or two.

Great pictures and scenery, the Benarus seems to be at home there ! Really amazing place, photos and watch !! Very Happy

Those stones are'nt any fun at all. I hope the vicodin is enough for you. In my case, a couple morphine shots in the ER took care of it.
