That is one incredibly cool watch there Gary ! Really has a lot of eye-catching ideas, or design elements within it. The dial colors, dial set up, and bezel are so unique, and edgy. Wow, and check how the case, and lugs slope downward like that. P.S. Gary, can you give us a little more info on this one? Are they a subsidiary of one of the main Russian brands? Oh awesome Bill, haven't seen you with this one in a while ! The Hydro 1200 is something to see honestly. I know that the Black Bay, and Pelagos are so popular today, but holy cow this one is extraordinary ! The hands alone are outstanding ! By the way Bill, haven't seen this on the strap here. How do you like it? Is it better than the bracelet comfort wise? ____________________________________

Another head turner today Darius ! You know what's great about this one?! ..Well a lot of things actually, but it's a watch that mixes a couple different styles together it seems. There's a real race feel with the CF, but even some aviation. Actually has a dive watch style of bracelet come to think of it too ! P.S. Darius, are those numbers Tritium tubes? ____________________________________

Hey Tom thanks for the comments on my watch! This watch dial was designed with Russian GT driver Nikolai Vladimirovich Fomenko (Russian: Николай Владимирович Фоменко, born 30 April 1962) and is a Russian musician, comic actor, motor racer, president of Marussia Motors and engineering director of Marussia F1. The watch was made by Aviator and has a high end 3133 manual wind chronograph movement inside. Limited to 500 pieces. Made in 2004. The back features a race car and the LE number (mine is 437/500) ____________________________________ Later, GaryRemember we are the caretakers of mechanical art..... Actually has a dive watch style of bracelet come to think of it too ! P.S. Darius, are those numbers Tritium tubes? Thanks Tom! I wish, there not actually Tritium tubes but what Jacques Lemans called luminous silver-tone stick index markers. I've owned this watch for about 4 years, sounds like a good MOD for the future. - sixtysix wrote:

Cool Darius ! Luminous silver-tone stick markers sound pretty terrific in their own right actually. JL did a really nice job on this one, but wow imagine adding tritium in some type of MOD like you said?! ..What an idea ! Thanks very much for all of the info sir. ..Really appreciate it ! Gary, don't mention it ! Unbelievable learning about Mr. Fomenko like this from you here. Holy cow, some ridiculously impressive information right there. What a resume ! Seems like Aviator backed it up with an exceptional watch here ! Want to thank you as well for all of the insight, and also pics sir ! ____________________________________
