Mid 1970's Stellaris 17 jewel automatic. Stellaris was Sears and Roebuck brand (what ever happened to Roebuck anyway?) The movement in this is Japanese and was made by Hamazawa LTD. New Year ...old watches!

Great pick today also Bill !   Terrific how these kind of have that old time classic feel with the design. The red triangle
is a neat touch too. ..How long have you had this beauty ? It's fairly new right ?

What a super Sub-Aqua Darius !   That combination of the SAIII design with the black, gold, and incredible moon phase
was, and still is fantastic ! P.S. Is that actually the date on the chapter ring sir ?

Thanks Tom, yes that is date markers on the dial. This is a Valjoux 7751, my only one and will never get rid of this one.

Thanks Tom, yes that is date markers on the dial. This is a Valjoux 7751, my only one and will never get rid of this one.

You got it sir. ..Wow, that really is neat ! At first you think it's a GMT hand, but then you see the dates. So so nice Darius !

Hamazawa Kogyo Co Ltd formed in 1954 and it's operations transfered into Seiko Epson in 1986. They hold a few patents Suwa Seikosha Co.
