New DEEP BLUE dive watch

Definitley influenced by Seiko Marine Master Pro, at about a quarter of the price.

Great looking watch. I like the classic diver style.

This Deep Blue definitely has that classic, but sporty diver look, I like it alot. There is a bit of Zodiac Deep Reef in it too ! I wonder what movement will be in this one as well !

DEEP BLUE Sea Diver 1K (first look)

By TLex DEEP BLUE’s Sea Diver 1K has the all the appeal of a quality Japanese diver for a fraction of the cost. The kind of diver one usually finds on the wrist of an actual diver on a dive boat, which is perfect because the Sea Diver is more than capable.

It boasts a huge 46mm AISI 316L stainless steel case. And if my eyes are not deceiving me it might just be shrouded, too. The case complete with triple o-ring crown, double o-ring caseback and a manual HEV at 2 o’clock give it a very purposeful look. Its matte black Citizen-esque bezel insert and dial with superluminous filled hands and dial markings again hinting at its Japanese styling cues.

Beating away inside the Sea Diver 1K is a reliable Japanese made automatic movement. The Miyota 8205 D/D is protected by its massive case and sapphire crystal. The watch will be supplied on a 316L full solid steel band with divers extension clasp.
