- Now that's just extraordinary sir !!! What's so amazing is how the watch is so elegant, and refined,
but also somehow wild at the same time ! The epic brushed dial meeting those ultra cool markers, and hands is just the best ! ..So is the movement !!! Incredible Gary !!! Tom...thanks for the kind words....you know what? I could honestly wear this watch as my daily wear (if I could have just one vintage). It has a both a vintage and a modern vibe, it's a nice size, it's well made and could last for (more) decades, it's beautiful, the band is both unique and comfortable, true compressor case, super readable, I could go on and on. This is one of the nicest vintages I own. I bought this for $36 on eBay, a complete service was $100....band was maybe $20. So I have $150ish into this and I just can't believe how nice it really is. ____________________________________ Later, GaryRemember we are the caretakers of mechanical art..... Oh wow Darius, had unfortunately missed this beauty yesterday !!! Can't believe just how many awesome details there are with this one ! It actually takes every idea from previous SA's, and then bulds upon it. Unbelievable dial, bezel, case, and masterpiece of a bracelet too !!! Phenomenal to see D !!! Gary, you are very very welcome sir !!! ..Boy oh boy, that is really saying something about that one Gary ! But you can really see it lives up to the praise from both of us, and that's just from seeing your pictures ! So in person it really does seem epic. Speaking of epic..what a deal for all of that !!! You would think more $1500, than $150 ! ____________________________________ | |
