Has everyone had time to see these nice new watches from Jaeger-LeCoultre?
There actually are five watches in the collection that pay homage to 1968's
Memovox Polaris, and they include a three hand automatic, chronograph,
chronograph with world time, and then Polaris Date, and Polaris Memovox
guys.
With the Polaris Automatic you have a 41mm stainless steel case, 100m WR,
duel crowns, an inner rotating bezel, ocean blue, and black sunray, grained,
and opaline finish dials with Super-Luminova hands, numbers, and markers,
Jaeger-LeCoultre Caliber 898/1 automatic, stainless steel bracelet, leather
strap, and more.
Then with the Polaris Chronograph details include a 42mm stainless steel, or
rose-gold case, 100m WR, black, blue, or anthracite sunray dials with grained,
and opaline finish, and Super-Luminova markers, numbers, and hands, with
tachymeter, leather strap, bracelet, and automatic mechanical Jaeger-LeCoultre
Cal. 751.
Next the Polaris Chronograph World Time has a 44mm titanium case, 100m
WR, blue, or black sunray, grained, and opaline finish dials with Super-Luminova
markers, numbers, and hands, rotating 23 city disc, automatic mechanical
Jaeger-LeCoultre Cal. 752, leather strap, and more.
Last but not least, you have the Polaris Date, and Polaris Memovox with their
42mm stainless steel cases, 200m WR, black sunrayed, grained, and opaline
dials with vintage looking vanilla Super-Luminvoa coated hands, numbers, and
markers, inner rotating bezels, cool rubber straps, and bracelets. With the
automatic mechanical Cal. 899/1 being the movement for the Polaris Date,
and automatic caliber Cal 956 with special alarm/striking mechanism being
the movement for the Polaris Memovox.
