Well thanks Tom, I do actually have a vintage style that I like best and this Waltham is pretty close. I saw one of these recently and figured I had to have one. I looked at eBay and found this one, perfect vintage look, great condition, new long strap, perfect size (40mm), cushion case, orange seconds hand, keeping perfect time, and last but not least...half the price of most others. I am super happy with this watch and I am super glad you like it too.

It really is something to behold Gary, and it amazes me that watches like this were even thought up, or designed, or the incredible imaginations that were behind these watches. Because it really is like this mind bending mix of watchmaking, creativity, and passion for both them and the joy they know the person wearing the watch might, or will have. All of it is something to appreciate beyond belief. ..As I know you, along with all of us, that watch fans really do appreciate watches like. ..The people who came up with them, this hobby, as well as the genuine enjoyment of watches. And honestly it’s hard to put into words everything we feel about this hobby, and the people like yourselff who just ‘get it’. But all I can say, is that we are fortunate to understand, or ‘get’ this hobby AND the people who ‘get’ it.
