Also from my box of junk find was this ' I control ' Timex. Rather than push buttons it has a rotating bezel to set and select things. I also made a new band for it....

Not sure when these were made, 90's or 2000's?

Whoa awesome sauce G, I have not really heard of too many watches using the bezel
in such a way ! ..And leave it up to Timex to be have done such a thing decades ago too.
Once again it’s a great example of the kind of thinking that was around years ago. In a lot
of ways the ideas were more groundbreaking as well as just plain fun. Whereas today so
many improvements we see are often small improvements or rehashing or redoing of older
idas. So this has to be a real joy to have Gary, and your home made strap is the cherry on
top, yowza astounding stuff !

Good evening sir, and incredibly coolatch too of course ! Big Red always puts a smile on the face with it’s
incredible red dial, but also it’s outstanding design. It’s a watch that always makes me smile ! I just love it D !!!
