| Alan...do you mean hidden? I actually switched mine by mistake!! I was screwing around with my settings and BLAM...hidden. If you look at the "Memberlist" tab up top, go to the last page...the last few members have "unknown" indicated as last time visited...those are the hidden people. They either did it by mistake like me or don't want people to see when they are on-line....

| I sign on because I consider you guys friends who love the same hobby as I happen to. There are other hobbies that I enjoy very much like Star Wars and sports etc. However, I have never been drawn to a forum involving those. With XMT..it was like I was meant to find this place !  My passion for watches could be shared with other good people in a way that I did not know was possible. As I said when I first joined here..watches had been of GREAT interest to me for a while and MANY of you are like watch forum celebrities. So joining this forum was something that made me a bit nervous, but also VERY happy to do !  So I guess..in short.. I sign on for alot of reasons..Mainly to talk watches with friends !  ____________________________________  | |

| Sometimes at work I'll bring up the site without logging in to see whats going on, ussually just here for a few minutes when that happens. Have to watch it because there are some things that the corporate IT geeks red flag. When you're just lurking this way you show up as a guest. | |

| The reason why I sign on is because it is very straight forward and between all the members here the knowledge is great...I am always learning something new and love to learn about new brands. I think we have a bunch of great people here willing to trade their personal knowledge about watches. I also really like we can really speak our mind without getting a slap and having other members ganging up on you if you have a problem with a particular brand. Great forum with a bunch of great people...Glad my friend Duffster recommended this place to me...Thanks Kiddo! | |
