Don't know about the Tuesday but I did hear they come with a free pair of sunglasses!

I've wasted 6 days already. I hope they marked all the watch shows and times for the year, I don't want to miss any.

A different watch on every page!!! NO SHIT, dont most calanders have a different picture for each month!! Didnt think there would be a magico square on all 12 months!! Anyway it's advertisement, should they be giving them away to people who buy a watch!!

Well, actually, WoW "gave" it to me...it was, I think, $7.99 when I got it — and came with a $10 gift card. I wanted the card more than the calendar.

So, here's my mini-review:

What I like about it:
• Fairly good watch pics. I know, I know, "Slick" is a (fill in with your own favorite adjective).....but we will, I think, all admit that he's a decent photographer. Plus, the only mention that he took the pics is on the back — which is against the wall.

Did I mention that it was free?

What I don't like about it
• The front cover says "To purchase these and over 3,000 styles at up to 80% off, visit worldofwatches.com. For everything else watches, visit watchgeeks.net"

I think such an explicit endorsement of a single watch forum by a watch manufacturer/distributor is in extremely poor taste.

• It contains notations in specific days about the birthdays of seemingly everybody who works at Wow/SWI. Do I really care that CS rep Herrson Taylor's birthday is January 5? Should Herrson be concerned that now everybody owns this little nugget of information?

The only non-Wow/SWI folks so "honored" are Android's Wing Liang and Croton's David Mermelstein.....oh, yea...and Slick. Not only his birthday, but also the date of his 6th anniversary at ShopNBC. What a friggin' blow job.

I suspect Jim Skelton (Praise His Name and Offspring) dreamed up the calendar as a way to put a little extra coin in his pocket. I'd guess he sold 'em the photos - or turned it into a geek revenue stream.

The calendar actually says.."For everything else watches visit Geeks"? That is some bullshit right there. Why would Lior want to send his customers to a forum? Especially that one? A forum is the last place a TV brand should be sending it's customers.

I'm happy that we have a glowing review of the Calendar right here on our own forum! I know that I am very glad that I can already have HIS name and birthday on my calendar. No more the drudgery of having to transcribe it from last year's calendar. No more worry that I might smudge it on the slick paper and have to get a new calendar so HIS name is perfect on it. Oh, the release from those stressors is worth so much more than the pittance they are asking for it.

Can I get this on 6 value pays?
