My vintage choice for today is this gorgeous 1972 Seiko Bell-Matic 4006-6011.When I got this I sent it out to Seiko guru Bob Thayer for a complete overhaul. For those who aren't familiar, the Bell-Matic has an automatic movement with a mechanical (hand wound) alarm complication. This has a flawless black linen dial, with days of week in Italian only.

I ended up going back to the Bond NATO. Just something about this strap. I will alternate between this and the rubber but the bracelet really doesn't do anything for the piece in my opinion.
