This is for sale on WUS, actual link, http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=349816

What do you think?

TOOOOO MUCH? Lumebrick001040

TOOOOO MUCH? Lumebrick001015

Specifications

Case:

  • 53mm 316L highly PVD coated stainless steel case
  • Flip lock integral crown guard assembly
  • Thick hand brushed caseback
  • Water resistant to 5atm
Dial:

  • PyroLume FireBrick 2010 dial CNC machined from 2x2 twill carbon fiber
  • Matte epoxy clear coat finish
  • Signature PyroLume blue/green DuoLume application
Movement:

  • Citizen/Miyota quartz movement
  • Straight cut black hands set with matching lume application
Strap:

  • Super soft Panatime B&R style silicone strap
  • Double keepers
  • PVD finished B&R style buckle
About the watch:
PyroLume Monster series watches feature bold designs, very large case
sizes and bespoke dials. This watch is an evolution of the "Predator
Watch", which was limited to just 3 pieces. With a little luck I was
able to track down 10 more of these cases (discontinued since 2008) and
will be mating them with my brand new PyroBrick dial. There is a
serious amount of lume on this dial and given that it is using my
latest generation blue and green lume formulas it is easily the
brightest in my current lineup and in every way a true PyroLume original

About the watchmaker:
PyroLume watches are built using a combination of proven off the shelf
and unique USA made components in order to create timepieces unlike any
you have seen before. All machine work, lume application, assembly and
testing is done in my workshop in Old Bridge, NJ by my small and
talented team of artists and craftsmen. As a practicing
Anesthesiologist I know full well the importance of meticulous
attention to detail, which I bring to both the operating room and my
watchmakers bench.

Your watch will be shipped in an attractive storage case and includes a
1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Certainly not my taste. Looks a bit peculiar and is way too large. Nice lume.
I applaud the guy for trying to do something different.
Now I'd like him to get the hell off the stage.

Would be more wearable at 44-46mm, square watches wear bigger than round...

I think its cool that there could be a "custom" watch market...kind of like custom knives. They will be a little pricier than a comparable factory one, but are they actually any better? Unique maybe.

Personally I dont care much for that one...looks too much like a Kohls display that says "Your choice, 5 dollars".

Wow Alan they are in Old Bridge NJ too ! TOOOOO MUCH? Icon_eek TOOOOO MUCH? Icon_smile It's a unique look with
that lume theme ! That's for sure ! With this watch, I can appreciate that
they are trying something new. For me I tend to like ALL types of watches !
It doesn't matter whether it's sporty, classic, or out of this world different.
So I guess although it might be different, it is still uniquely cool !..Thanks
for finding this !

Not interested in that one...square BR types don't really blow my skirt up anymore. I do like some of Pyrolume's watches though...some are flat out awesome.

I like some of the round dial watches he makes, probably not enough to ever buy one.
That square one doesn't interest me at all.
