Anyone Own a Formex?

I've been eyeing these for a while...like the style: sizable bracelet, big case, bullhead-style pushers...but haven't seen much on them in any of the watch forums...

This Formex T375 runs a 7750, is 46mm wide and 19mm thick. They usually go for about a grand (new) on eBay auctions...thoughts?

I don't know much about the brand but like you I have eyeballed this brand for some time. I like the look.

I have read their case design has some special shock absorbing feature...

I also like the STADIUM slant of the case...

I have one....comes in a really great box! The suspension system seems to work pretty good. Unique racing themed look with the 'hood' and the dial tilted toward you. I gave a lot less for mine than $1000, I got it used, and person really wanted it gone. Is comfortable, looks great, wears well....don't have anything bad to say except they 'seem to' cost too much for a quartz. Same price as a Tag Aquaracer, or lots of other expensive quartz models. The auto you have pictured might be worth the $1K, at least it's in line with others. Here's the pictures:

Years ago when I was looking at these watches they were almost 1/2 that price, somewhere in the area of $550.00 to $600.00.

Here's another one.......GMT, with an ETA 2893-2......

I remember Slick selling his on Geeks about a year ago; was asking, I think, around $900 for it. This version usually has an asking price of about $1,100 at the few places I've seen where it's offered...again, though, there's a German dealer on eBay (McArthur's) who frequently sells them at auction, where they go for around $500-$600...I like the looks of this one even more than the 7750 version...they do come with a great case, and extra straps...

Trevor, I've done something like that a restaurants with the microbrew list... "I've had that one... that one... that one..."

These Formex watches look phenomenal. The way that case is shaped,
along with the angle of it is beyond cool ! Also the dials are extremely
eye-catching ! I also think the pusher at the top of the case is an
excellent idea, that you don't see too much. The bracelet seems well
made also. Let us know if you decide to get one 25or6to4..They really
