| Great hammy Tim, wished my father was into watches in his youth! Hell he wears a friggin two tone invicta about 36mm that i bought him a few years ago and that thing has ran great for him. cost me like 65 bucks, i've thought about buying him something nice but it would just piss him off. He laughs at my watches and i dont dare tell him what some of them cost. Once i was sitting and BS with him and was setting the time on my auto and he gave me "my quartz never needs to have the time changed" and you paid how much for that watch??? I lied and said 500 and he shook his head! think it was more like 1500 but it was only off a couple minutes!! |

| Yeah, Trevor, actually my Dad was never into watches or cars. I think he had Timex, and some others. He was never into cars either, even though he was a traveling salesman. Don't know what happened to me. This one was given to me by my Grandmother for my High School graduation. I think she won it. She worked at a couple of large department stores during her day, and IIRC, was told by my mom that Grandma won it in a sales promo. Its about 34mm
Duff, this would look sooooooooo small on you.
I should take a picture of the two Hamiltons side-by-side. |

| It probably would look small on me Tim, but that doesn't take away the simplistic beauty of that SUMMABEECH! |

| Wow! I once had one similar to your Wittnauer, but it was a generic brand (or UN-brand!). | |

| These watches might be old guys..but they are still amazingly cool ! One thing I notice is how all of the cases are different. Unlike today where most watches have a common look to them. (mostly round) Maybe it had something to do with paying homage to TV's or even computers ! Randy your Wittnauer, and Citizen are excellent with the case shape as well as unique bracelets..NICE ! Trevor that Timex continues that shape theme I was talking about and is really futuristic looking too. Tim, your mega classy Hamilton is something special. Even the strap is incredible on that one. Finally Chris brings it home with an out of sight Pulsar and Benrus I think..Both uniquely cool as well ! These were ALL great guys..Thanks for showing them ! ____________________________________ | |
