Most of the day will be spent traveling to Toronto wearing this. It's my primary travel watch because it is accurate (quartz), reliable, and changes time zones without resetting time completely - you can adjust just hour hand and date back and forth.

My trusty plastic calipers bought from Harbor Freight for the princely sum of 99 cents says you are correct.

43mm without the crown, 46mm with.
