| Very nice! It would never be practical for a dirt bag such as myself, but definately a winner! |

| I have to be 100% honest and say that I do not like that watch at all. I appreciate it, but it is not my style or something I would ever purchase, even if I had the money. | |

| Expected, sadly expected. If it didn't cost a mint it wouldn't even have been on their radar - sad. |

| A Lange & Sohne, Glashutte Original, both adhere to the Glashutte watchmaking rules for German made.I just wish they would make something simple out of steel that we all could afford. All of us can save up and buy a Omega or a tag.Even get a Rolex. But companies like this make watch watches. They should all produce something thats within our reach. |

| . . . cost not considered, I like it. Must be quite a movement to make it run as well. . . . |

| They do make it in White Gold! It's only $49,500 for it in steel or $75,900 for platinum (from discounters). Handwound movement with jumping numerical displays for the hours and minutes, a power reserve indicator, and small seconds; a constant force escapement ensures precise switching of both jumping displays. The Zeitwerk watch features a convex sapphire crystal over the dial, and a sapphire crystal exhibition caseback to allow viewing of the hand-finished Lange movement.

| What is the point of the screw and electric eye? This thing have a remote? I owned a jump hour and just didnt like it.
There is a brand out there that just has one hand that tells the minutes by its position between hour markers. I find that more interesting. | |

| It's got to be hard trying to pick out a watch of the year ! There are just SO many models each year to choose from and many of the ones people choose seem to be very expensive. This watch is AMAZINGLY classy ! The jump hours theme is something you don't see every day. Plus the way that plate on the dial shows it off, is a NICE touch ! Definitely a pretty cool looking watch !..What would be great is if they had a bunch of categories for Watch of the Year ! For example to go along with these high-end watches if they had less expensive watches too. Like watches under $500, $1000, $2000 etc ! Maybe different magazines and websites could have a variety of awards for these sections. From sport to dive watches, and from quartz to automatic and digital watches !..It would be good, because you might actually see a watch of yours win, or at least see a company that you like, win too ! Could even have the readers vote for the different choices in each category ! ____________________________________ | |

| Wll, I have to say that is one that does absolutely nothing for me! I'm not a big fan of jumpers anyway. I'm sure there is an extremely small percent of people that could even afford it too. I'll take something else please. |

| After reading the WatchTime article about this watch, and the work L&S did to manufacture it, congratulations. |

| I like it. It looks like a very nice dress watch. However; I wish they would judge watches from varying levels of cost or type. |

+1 - I don't think you can really appreciate the Zeitwerk unless you read what went into the movement development. It's bad ass. But I voted for that insane Concord. That thing is wild. |
