| Very cool, remember the days all the watch companies tried to make the thinnest automatic watches! those were real pieces of art! these big huge cases are a piece of cake nowadays! Thats why you wont ever find a 50mm Patek! Awesome watch brother! |

| What a watch Gary ! A flawless example of simplicity and elegance ! The thin case IS amazing ! While the classic dial has it all covered, from the great looking numbers to those perfect hands. Also like those dots behind the numbers, as well as the sub-dial ! NICE strap by the way too ! It must be FUN having this Bulova ! ____________________________________ | |

| Great looking watch and that strap texture is great! You know, there have ALWAYS been BIG DUDES and if they wore a watch, it was between 33-35mm.... ____________________________________ | |

| That's a really nice, clean look, Gary. I've found those smaller cases go best with a long-sleeved shirt (for me, at least). | |

| Love 3 things about that Bulova...the subdial seconds hand, the font (art deco?), and the beautiful profile saucer shape! (also the year 1963...my grandfather had celebrated his 100th birthday and came to visit us in Sacramento in that year! We had moved from Vancouer, Canada to hot Sacramento!) | |

| Yeah, that's a keeper all right, Gary...a very interesting bezel/case. I'm also a big fan of vintage watches with numerals instead of just markers, especially when they're made of raised steel or gold. Not sure how much of a purist you are, but if you're so inclined, Kirk Rich Dial could refinish that dial to perfection - - original dial, just refinished...silver, white, black, whatever. They just refinished this one for me (which was very aged and cruddy when I bought it): | |
