My first Vintage-Omega Speedmaster MK2

After Roar loaned me his MK4,5 I just knew I had to have something similar.
Well, this puppy came up for sale at a Norwegian watch forum and just minutes later it was mine
Not even close to Roar`s beautifulle MK4,5 in finish, but not bad looking for a 40 year old







Had to have a little welcome drink for the new arrival

Now that is a beautiful watch...Congrats and wear it well..Looks amazing for 40 years old...

If you are looking to have it overhauled, I would suggest that you use Omega Switzerland. The older watches taht I have seen come out of their shop have all looked brand new.

Very nice watch. It's in better shape than the box!

I was going to change from the strap to the mesh today, but the old springbars fell to pieces in the process I guess the springbars were as old as the watch I rushed off to my local pusher and got a set of new springbars and within seconds and without charge the mesh was on I guess there are certain benefits to being a return customer
So here she is, all meshed up and ready for action
