Good luck. We were flooded out at the office in September, its a real PITA to deal with all of the consequences. Don't forget to turn off your gas if you have gas appliances as the water will put out the pilot and gas then can/will accumulate leading to some serious problems. Its also a good idea to turn off the breakers for the bottom floor and any outside outlets or electrical runs. Can save shorting out the entire circuit board and leave you with power upstairs.

glad to be of help. When this is over don't let them tell you to have the ac serviced. If it's been submerged it needs to be replaced completely. Get shots of the water around the unit - the higher the better.

Oh man Sean ! Flooded! Icon_eek Doesn't sound good at all down there. I have been
seeing the coverage of all the rain on the news. Hard to imagine getting
so much rain at one time like that. Up here we get like 4 inches and it's
bad enough. I hope things at least begin to get better for you VERY soon !
Keep us up to date on things, and most importantly,..stay safe !..Take
care of yourself !
