I'm ready to blow my brains out! Scream

Argh!

All I want is to use a calendar on my home desktop to keep track of my appointments and sound an "alarm" x-number of minutes/hours before my appointment.

I thought I could use Windows Live Mail to do that, but the G-D software insists on sending alarm notifications to my Hotmail account, which I never use. It seems Hotmail has no provision for forwarding to another email (of course not).

I was already pissed that my local email software (Windows Live Mail) insisted on tying in my Hotmail account into the program through its diabolical Windows Live integration BS.

I went to CNET to see about downloading a nice little calendar but it seems nobody makes those more PCs anymore.

H-E-L-P!

Absolutely.
Outlook is part of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

Google or Yahoo calendar? Not sure if they do what you want exactly but they are free.

Hey Tom,

You may want to check out Mozilla's Sunbird. Full calendar for your desktop it looks like.
