| Just came back from a Peter Frampton sound check, on tour promoting his new album. The guy sounds pretty damn good. Checked with a song called "I Want it Back" Good stuff. |

| Thanks, Tom. After more than 15 years, what we do is just a job. Train and Maroon5 were very cool, David Gray... now I'm becoming a bore. |

| Since the over-exposure of Frampton too early in his solo career (after his stunning work with Humble Pie) he's too often been dismissed as a pretty-boy one trick (talk box) pony.
Actually, he's a very skilled imaginative player with a lot of very subtle technique and a lot of extremely powerful and aggressive chops.
It had to have been lots of fun to see that show. |

| . . . Sorry guys. I can't stomach Frampton. Seemed that every party I went, or every time I got in a car . . . the chicks HAD to play Frampton Comes Alive. . . . I got so sick of that album, I didn't care if it got 'em ready to go or not! So, no Peter, I don't feel like you do. |

| Back then I didn't care what a girl listened to (thank goodness that was before rap and hip-hop, can't listen to that), just as long as I got lucky... I was a man-slut. |
