X-Team, I disagree on it took to long to respond. Anyone who has been part of a forum, any forum, knows there are ebbs and flows to participation, seasonal, economic, what ever, etc. You guys obviously picked up on a pattern, kept and eye on it, and sent a a request for feedback when you thought it was required.
Hopefully the membership responded quickly, and based upon your actions I believe they did. You listened, digested the info and chose a plan of action to help right the ship.
