| Well I went and done it! I have been looking at the Formex 4Speed GMT for the past few weeks. I located a seller out of Germany on Ebay that seemed to carry a few. Some used and some new. The seller has great feedback. I even bid on one a few weeks ago but it went higher that I hoped for a used one. The seller said it was slightly scratched but had no pictures to share. I had a slight concern there. The seller put a new one up for sale with a buy it now option or best offer. I was on vacation last week and kept an eye on it. It was still there for the past few days. I even saw a number of offers but the seller rejected them all I guess. The offer amounts were not visible however. I got the courage to make an offer last night. The offer was accepted. The price is remarkable compared to what a new on goes for usually. I realize it's probably gray market but it's at least new in the box. Here are some seller pics for now.

| Really Nice.
I've always loved the Formex industrial architecture and canted (head's up) case profile. Certain there's a place for one in my collection one day.
Enjoy | |

| Sweet, i had a ds2000 and the watch was amazing but when i downsized sold it because it was quartz! Very well made watches and the dealer you used is the best with this brand and being it's an auto GMT you're going to love it! Nice score!! |

| You made a GREAT choice with this Formex Hobbit ! Yowza !!! It has an OUTSTANDING design, that not only looks NICE, as well as different, but the build seems excellent also. Just looking at that case, along with the way it is connected to that bracelet is impressive enough. Then you start noticing how cool the bracelet looks too. It's just a VERY complete package. I like the dial, with what seem to be small squares on it. The hands are neat, and so are the markers. Not to mention the blue bezel, and that crown up top as well ! It's SOME kind of watch !!!..Congratulations on picking this one up ! ..I hope you really ENJOY it ! ____________________________________ | |

| Great watch, i'm really diggin the blue! doesnt it wear very cool with the shock system and how the 12 side off the case is much taller than 6, supposed to be easier to read while driving and i can see why, dont have to turn your wrist so much! Great, great buy! |

| Looks even better in person!! I told you it came in a nice box!! The lanyard hooks to the 'credentials' holder (plastic envelope) for trips to the race track. Since the Formex 4 speed is a race brand they include this. You wear it around your neck with you ID in it, like this nice lady from NASCAR is wearing....... ____________________________________ Later, GaryRemember we are the caretakers of mechanical art..... | Hobbit, this watch looks better and better every time I see it ! First of all, the case that it comes in, makes you say WOW !..Formex did a nice job, and just look at all of the extras you get as well ! It's REALLY nice what they did there. A watch like this deserves a special case though ! That case, and dial are unique, and fun to look at imho. There is alot of interesting details, like the squares on that dial, along with a wide chapter ring with two-toned numbers. It looks like a long way down to the surface of the dial ! ..Some EXCELLENT looking hands, and markers by the way. Also an extremely nice bezel, case, along with CRAZY cool bracelet !..One thing which stands out that I didn't realize before is the way the crystal seems to bulge out near the top !..That is just TOO GOOD !!!!..ENJOY your new Formex ! ..Congrats once again !!!..Those are some VERY nice pictures there as well ! ____________________________________ | |

| Think the whole watch is Ti but the bezel! I know my case and bracelet were on my watch! |

| Not as light as most Ti watches, with all the screws in the bracelet and connecting to the case! Think if it was all steel it would weigh way too much! |

Yea that about sums it up. It's not a light weight but all steel would be a beast. I may have to compare it to my Renato Beast Diver |

| Now that one I could get into. I've seen some other models and the dial was always too busy for me but this one is not overly cluttered. |

| Woohoo Hobbit !!!! .. Super NICE photos ! You can see how unique this watch really is. I can see the way the case is angled AMAZINGLY well from these new pics. Also see that lip even better at the top of the crystal/case now !..Boy oh boy, you have a GOOD one here ! ..Look at the dial, it's a real electric blue !!!..GREAT case, dial, bracelet, pics, AND watch ! ____________________________________ | |
