| Sweet pics all around, amazing scenery, got me itching for a road trip!!
How did the deer make out? Like you said, luck it didn't come thru the windshield; we had a patient who hit a deer a couple years ago. Came through the windshield and kicked her near to death, jacked her up bad. |

When I hit it it was dark and I just assumed it made it off the road and probably died nearby. I was'nt about to walk into the woods at night looking for it. When I came back through the area, 10 days later, I stopped and looked around a bit. Did'nt see or smell any sign of it. I was able to slow down to about 40-45 before impact. If I were still going 70 it may have ended up in the car instead of rolling over the hood. So I was lucky-have seen some pretty horrendous wrecks involving deer/elk etc. | |

Actually I was trying to be polite about it. You are right of course and a few years ago someone took a pic of the lake right after a huge storm and it showed all the sewage that was dumped into the lake |

| Mark, thanks for sharing some amazing pics of beautiful country. Loved the airshow pics and glad you made it home safe and sound, did you travel the whole way by yourself? The California international airshow is about a month away and only 5 miles from my house so the Blue Angels come screaming over the house. Now the Important stuff, did you find a new watch at an AD or pawn shop during the trip? Again thanks for sharing this amazing adventure! |
