| From OceanicTime: http://oceanictime.blogspot.com/From PANERAI Ten years have gone by since the launch of the website www.paneristi.com and in that time, the Panerai watch enthusiasts who exchange information, comments and stories on the site forum have grown from just a few dozen to several thousand from all over the world. To celebrate the tenth anniversary of this story of extraordinary passion, Officine Panerai presents a new Special Edition watch dedicated to the 'Paneristi' and made at their request - the Luminor for Paneristi’s Anniversary. | |

| Holy cow, that is pretty neat ! ..Paneristi actually having a watch of their own made by Panerai ?!..Can only imagine how great that must feel. It's a MEAN looking watch too !!! There is the Panerai class, with some added attitude. Not that Panerai needed to get any cooler, but this watch with the DLC coating, and overall smooth stealth theme is REAL nice ! I like how they combine the tan, and black with thesemodels. The markers, and strap work nicely also. Wonder how this would look with a black bracelet, or mesh ! ..Thanks alot for finding this oneJohn ! ____________________________________ | |

| Your Welcome Tom! The black and tan/or brown always seem to look good. There is a guy on this forum that might be thinking about this one! | |

| Yeah, cool LE watch, but for a forum with virtually nothing but Panny owners... smart marketing, "easy sale." $$$ |

| I'm still a big fan of the luminor case design. Wondering how much they sold for and how much of a premium they'll command on the secondary market (near the end of the article, it states that they "sold out in a matter of minutes"). | |

i forgot is the "nice strap" a good thing or bad one? A less harsh way to say, ugly ass watch. Just trying to avoid offending the label sensitive. | |

| wasnt sure because of the i like the strap! I feel the case is played out but i've got some that other feel the same way about. guess thats what makes this whole thing fun and would be pretty boring if we all had the same watches, though i do wish to have a few of yours Mark, starting with the yellow second hand that jumps right through my screen everytime its on! |

| THIS is an ugly ass watch... I STILL think Panerai is one of the most recognizable watches on the market... ____________________________________ | |

| Talk about a brand that can make subtle changes and sell them like it's a brand new model. | |
