| Looks like it may be a little more difficult to work with. Wiki says:
The free element is remarkable for its robust physical properties, especially the fact that it has the highest melting point of all the non-alloyed metals and the second highest of all the elements after carbon. Also remarkable is its very high density of 19.3 times that of water. This density is slightly more than that of uranium and 71% more than that of lead.[3] Tungsten with minor amounts of impurities is often brittle[4] and hard, making it difficult to work. However, very pure tungsten is more ductile, and can be cut with a hacksaw. | |

| I'm sure you already know this but Tungsten is supposed to be VERY hard to scratch too. So you get a HIGH POLISHED finish and don't have to worry about scratches... It also weighs a bit more... These factors are why I have been considering this model: ____________________________________ | |

| I really like this model, particularly because of the tungsten case. The idea of an almost scratchproof case material is very appealing. It seems that very few watches are made of tungsten - majority being small, "dress" watches with quartz movements. The only other "diver" style watch I've seen is from Invicta. | |

| This is a great looking watch Ron, and after reading the different characteristics about tungsten from Chris. It's even more impressive ! ..The scratch resistance that Alan, and Ramirez1970 mentions is yet another cool trait. Add in that you don't see that many tungsten watches to begin with, and I guess it all helps the tungten watches be more expensive. Still would be nice to see a stainless steel, or titanium version at some point like you are saying ! ____________________________________ | |

| Nice styling on this model. I think RADO had come out with Tungsten Carbide and Ceramic casings long ago.... I'm impressed with the lume quality on these watches, though I have never seen one in the flesh. | |

| I believe that most of the TV brands have a tungsten watch or a watch that has some kind of tungsten component. I know Swiss Legend has one because JAW has it. Android has some, but not completely tungsten, just the inner bracelet links, IWG has some... ____________________________________ M A R K

| I like this watch Ron. Reminds me of the Benarus Moray. Lume has to be outrageous. | |
