| Hey there... So, I guess I've become a bit of a Deep Blue fanboi lately. Can't wait for some of their new stuff. Looks like they have just released their All Purpose 1K Diver. I detect some Seiko Tuna shroud DNA here and wish there was an angeled shot to confirm. But the back shot shows some interesting design form. Still for $149 bucks not bad. Stan is definitely true to his biz model of good affordable watches for the impulse buyer/collector. From the website http://www.deepbluewatches.com/allpudi1k10.html1000 Meters AISI 316L stainless steel divers watch with Seiko Japanese VX42 Quartz movement,Date Feature , Mineral crystal. Superluminous filled hands and dial marking, triple o-ring crown and double o-ring case back, manual helium valve, 22/20 silicon Strap with Deep Blue logo on buckle,Etch Case back - Deep Blue Helmet Watch width is 46.00mm, Visual size 44mm (crown and extension not measured) Length is 46mm, Rotating bezel is 40.00mm Total Height is 13.00mm Weight is 100gm , 4 ounces 2 Strap sizes available "Silicon Strap" "Regular 140m/85m-9in" OR "Short 120m/75m-7.25in" | |

| Oh AWESOME Jaw !!!! ..I haven't seen these before ! I'm noticing that Seiko Tuna theme a little as well, but it's still has it's own thing happening at the same time too. It has a TON of cool, and outstanding features as well. ESPECIALLY for that $149 price ! The case, along with bezel are nice enough, but then when you look at the whole package, it's even more impressive. Just look at those case-backs, and dials !!! ..Super info and link sir ! ..Thanks alot ! ____________________________________ | |

| Nothing really new here. Tauchmeister, Deporte and Croton have all used the same case and dial previously. |

| The only thing I dont like about Deep Blue watches is their Logo, the one on the dial.
Nice touch to have 2 strap sizes to choose from.

| Ahhh...thanks guys.
As I've never heard of or seen Tauchmeister or Deporte, I've never seen this case design. Must have missed or forgotten about Croton's offering as well.
So, thanks for clearing me up on this one - Sorry to bother. As you were.

| JAW, you didn't make the watch bro, no need to apologize. I'd never seen the other variations either... It does seem a bit lame though to put out a watch that has been put out so many times before and just throw your logo on it... ____________________________________ | |

| Yeah I know. Thought it was something new - but I was mistaken. No problem.
Lame? - I don't think so, not if that is your biz model - low cost, well made, accurate watches, + good CS. How else can a regular guy (Stan) make a watch to sell for 150 bucks? Off-The-Rack components - Like Trevor says.
Still, DB fanboi that I am lately and having experienced DB's quality 1st hand (also off-the-2k-rack), I would venture to guess that this watch is a great value for those in that price range. Probably more accurate than those from other companies.
Will I be buying this one? No. Didn't buy his latest Bluewater either. Waiting for the T100 tubes that I got a hands-on preview of in NY. And hoping Skelton's design input doesn't screw it up from when I saw it.

| Jaw, I think these new Deep Blues are NICE ! ..The company itself seems to have a GREAT reputation, and they give us these tried and true looks, along with quality for less than many companies. With the looks being similar to other brands, that really doesn't bother me at all. I mean when you stop and think about it, most brands either use the same or similar cases in the watch industry anyway. Plus there really aren't many companies that actually make, or build their own cases. So I think these are an EXCELLENT option really. As are the rest of their watches to be honest ! ..Thanks again ! ____________________________________ | |

| Nice Jeffrey! I like this look........price is great and for a "GO TO" watch, I'd consider it. The 46mm is pushing over my limit but it says it plays smaller visually. Reminds me of the Oris design......wider at the bottom and smaller at the bezel. I'm gonna look at these a bit more. | |

| I saw them on here and just bought a yellow one. It looks like it would make a great weekend knockaround watch. |
