I just don't get it? Why buy the DB in the first place.

I don't like that at all and would far more like the original DB that they basically destroyed. i have never been a fan of the Seikos that have been changed and made sterile, etc. Just not for me.

I have to agree here.....some mods I actually like, but this just makes it look very generic to me.....
That deep blue went for over $300 on sale from shop......sells for $500 on Stans site....so I dont see this guys reasoning here, he took a great looking watch, paid to have it modded, and then sold it for $150? He could have sold it for more if he didnt mod it all up ......he just lost money bigtime on this.....and like said, I dont think it looks all that great afterwards anyways..............JMHO

Very COOL Mod! The black cali dial with that beefy, black bezel is sharp looking! I agree that the sales price doesn't make sense.

I like the bezel and the case but not so much the dial. Most mods will detract from the value though. Depends on wether the buyer likes the mods or the model.

I like that bold black bezel, along with black dial !!! Cool Mod 933578 Makes the dial
seem much bigger because of that combination imho. The bead-blasting
is the icing on the cake here also ! ..Seems like the price for all of this
is or was very reasonable too. A mod like this is pretty interesting imho
because you end up having your own customized watch that noone else
will have. I probably wouldn't do this to a Deep Blue of my own, but it
might be nice to get one that has already been modded. Especially at
such a nice price. Smile
