Boy oh boy Dave, this new Baume & Mercier of yours is off the charts here !!!!
It's the kind of watch that will definitely stand out in a crowd with it's uniquely cool look,
and style if you ask me. The size of it looks perfect as well, and molds to your wrist very
nicely.
It's AWESOME to see a watch that can have a NEW modern look, but also have
a timeless feel to it as well. Wow, REALLY does seem to say it all Dave ! The shape of the
bezel alone on this B & M is impressive enough. Each corner having it's own edge, and part
to play in this watch being different, yet classic at the same time. ..It's NEAT to see !
Honestly, you don't really see this type of bezel on watches that much. We often get used
to seeing round bezels on watches, but this one here adds a whole new dimension, while
again reminding you of the shapes on some vintage watches from years gone by. Also have
to add that the piano black finish on that bezel is EXTRAORDINARY as well. It brings in just
the right amount of smoothness, and class. Plus it helps show off all of those terrific numbers,
as well as markings all around
. That lume pip really IS excellent as well. Yet another exceptional
part about this one Dave is that the case shape ALSO seems to follow along with the shape
of the bezel. B & M could have just went with a round case, and had the special bezel on top
of it, but they evidently wanted to take things up another level, and make sure this watch
was flawless all the way around. You can see how beautiful the finish is with the top notch
polishing, along with overall workmanship here. The way in which the bezel fits together with
this case is TOO GOOD !
Also want to add in that the design of the crown is VERY noticeable
as well, and kind of mirrors the shape of that bezel, and case. ..Even the pushers are GREAT
imho. However, the greatness just keeps going when you see the dial on this one. The decision
by B & M to go with this elegant white dial was a REALLY GOOD one. It contrasts with the
bezel, and also helps to put all of the markings, sub-dials, and hands front, and center. You
can truly appreciate how the dark color leaps right off the dial. Whether it's the markings that
are on the dial, or the chapter ring. This formula works AMAZINGLY well if you ask me ! Just
the finish, AND shape of the hands for example lets you know that this watch is going to do
things differently. So many times with hands on a watch, we again see familiar looks, and
themes. Just as with the unique bezel, and case-shape, we see a different take on how hands
can be done on a watch. Have to wonder why more watch companies don't try this as well.
In any case, these particular hands here have cool design that helps the watch become even
more enjoyable I think. Same goes for the sub-dials which seem to have a white sun-ray effect
happening. Add to them the dark color of the hands, and you once again have the winning
formula of classiness, sportiness, and uniqueness being combined together. ..Later you also
notice that the bracelet on this one is not your average every day bracelet as well. It's size,
and shape fit this watch just right, and the workmanship with the look, and style of the links
looks AWESOME. Also liking the dual finishes on the watch with the brushed, and polished sections
as well ! "Wow" ! ..Which DEFINITELY seems to be the word, and theme for this one Dave !!!

Looks great on the wrist, anything bigger would look kinda of clownish!
