well i just sent my seawolf in to be regulated at busa, seeing how you dont send them in a box i didnt just want to wrap it up in bubble wrap (seeing thats it on a bracelet). so i bought a car spounge($2.00) and cut it in half and hollowed out the outline of the watch on both sides. the watch fits in it like a glove, i know it will get there in one piece and with out scratches. maybe im a little anal about my watches, but i hate scratches. thanks steve

That's a great idea!

I have heard they send them back in some nice looking boxes from Breitling!

I sent my Croton Pineapple in for warranty service in bubble wrap on a pillow in a box. It was returned doubled over in a padded envelope. . . . I was not very happy.

I sell watches frequently on eBay and prefer to wrap them in bubble wrap. First I put them in a
jewelry bag, then bubble-wrap them, then put them in the center of a popcorn-filled shipping box.
If the watch is on a bracelet, I put bubble wrap inside of it before wrapping it in more bubble wrap.

If the watch sells for more than about $500, I put it in a pillowed watch box with bubble wrap
stuffed around the watch head so it doesn't 'jiggle' around inside the box. I think the watch is
actually safer NOT in a box.

Now THAT was pretty ingenious there Steve ! ..Kind of like something Macgyver might do
when he sends one of his watches in to be serviced ! cheers Will be interesting to see how
they do actually send it back to you. Keep us updated on this here. ..Thanks !

Great idea the sponge Smile

I love it when I get a watch shipped to me well wrapped and I feel insulted when the seller just shoves it in the box loose. It only takes a few minutes to wrap properly and the satisfaction of just doing it well and thinking of the buyer's smile when unwrapping just makes me happy

I wrap mine with saran wrap head only first and then bracelet so that no metal rubs during transit. Then of course bubble wrap and some popcorn to be sure.
