Honestly,
there is a reason why they call these watches "Super", and I think we are seeing one
of the many reason why they have that name sir. From the classic look of the case,
to the SUPERCHARGED dial with it's spectacular personality. This watch is a genuine
MATERPIECE !
..Can only imagine what it must have been like waiting for this one !
However, it genuinely looks to be WELL worth the wait !!! Truthfully can't say enough
about watches like these Steve.
You can look, and look, but never quite find
everything that makes a watch like this so GREAT. Only the person who has it can
truly know, and appreciate how fullfilling a watch like this must be to own. It's the
kind of watch that other watches have real trouble comparing to for alot of reasons.
From the name on the dial, and history behind it. To the pure craftsmanship, excellent
quality, and design. This watch is a modern day masterpiece here ! ..I mean when a
watch is made of a special alloy that doesn't corrode like this, you know there is
something "super" about to happen. Just the fact that this alloy will allow you to enjoy
this watch even longer is fantastic enough. Then realizing that this is again a modern
improvement for a classic brand, makes all of it that much more impressive. Actually
think the tone of the steel looks even cooler as a result of this too. The way the brushing
looks on those numbers on the bezel is EXCELLENT. Not sure, but it just seems a little
darker from here. In any case, it's VERY NICE ! ..Staying with that bezel for just a second.
Those numbers are REALLY something to behold. Besides the brushing, the way they are
raised, as well as shaped is EXTRAORDINARY. Bring in the dark color around them, and
you have an exhilarating formula beginning imho.
The combination of the dark background,
angled race-like raised nubers, and cool modern material helps this watch get to that modern
day masterpiece level. Even the sharp coin edge bezel helps in this, as it brings in some
of the classic elements of watch making together with the modern look here. ..Later when
all of it leads to the dial, you see how things begin to unfold in such an exciting way.
Once again the angled sporty numbers leap out at you, while some of the coolest markers
add yet another shot of nitrous to this already SUPERCHARGED watch. It's always neat
to see those different triangles, and rectangles on a watch. Especially when they happen
to have this signature Breitling style about them. It's really UNBELIVABLE to see, and then
to get the chance to see such a TREMENDOUSLY unique
chapter ring come into the pictureis unforgettable. This is one more example Steve, of why this watch is a masterpiece in
my opinion. It does ALL of the CLASSIC things flawlessly, but THEN adds in the NEW, and
EXHILARATING to make something even more memorable.
..So you basically get this
perfect blending of old, and new, and that's what is so enjoyable with your new Superocean
sir. Even the hands with the wide, sporty look they have manage to look very very elegant,
while at the same time mirroring the block-like look of the markers. It's just outstanding !!!
As is the signature way "Superocean" is written on the dial, along with the other writing,
and emblem there too. Have to also mention that these straps are off the charts as well.
They look TOO COOL with all of the holes, and texturing, and again bring the modern, and
classic together once more to finish off this modern day masterpiece ! Congratulations on
picking up such a SUPER watch Steve, and of course ..Enjoy !
