Has any watch grabbed your attention lately?

There are probably many watches that you see, and like out there, but has
there been anything lately that really has gotten your attention, caught your
eye, or made you take a second look ?

Maybe it is a brand new watch that you just discovered, or a watch that has
been around for a while that you are just noticing for the first time. So has
anything grabbed your attention lately ?

Doxa 1200T has my interest lately too...even with the QC hand issues!

Theres two that ive been looking at, both micro brands. First is the halios laguna, awesome watch with a lot of bang for your buck, second is the Helson sharkmaster with sapphire bezzel, a lot of bucks for the bang on this one though. Steve

That Rolex one or the Pepsi version has had me enthralled....and alway check their prices....still hestating...at $4 grand and up .......I keep reading how many owners eventually sell them and switch to a Japanese watch! haha!

A forum member bought an Israeli mil watch recently, so I found the site basd in Baltimore...and found this Seiko homage to the TUNA.....loved the looks of the shroud, the Miyota movement....and bought it! On its way now! Not expensive at under $170usd with EMS !
The dial color and logo are so so......but overall, it should be a fun watch....and hey, who knows...it could be a killa beater!

Sounds, and looks like you guys might be adding some REALLY nice watches to your

Those DEFINITELY get your attention Mr Rick, and Mrneddles !!! The Magrette is beyond cool
with the whole case-shape, along with number/marker style. The red, and black adds some extra
attitude in too ! ..That Omega is sensational as well with how it blends so much elegance
in with so much sportiness. It's aggressive, but all class at the same time. ..AWESOME watches
guys !!!

Oh AWESOME Rick ! Just saw these a couple of days ago for the first time also. They are
MEAN looking, yet still have a nice classic style at the same time. Thank you VERY much for

Update on the incoming beater ADI, Israeli made diver with miyota quartz movement. A great beater of good quality. Lume is very good! Bought from the Baltimore site....shipped to Japan (EMS was $42usd), total cost was under $150usd!

Tremendously COOL watches everybody !

I like the way that Botta looks Rick. It has this almost retro 1970's feel, but also
seems very modern also. The simple, and easy to read dial is great too. While the
way the markers, numbers, case, and finish look really grab, and hold your attention
as well.

Hey Guy, it's terrific to see you sir. Looks like you picked a few winners by the looks
of it with these. Actually is hard to pick a favorite among them. Each one of them has
there own classy theme. The AP is hard to beat with it's exceptional elegance, AND
sportiness. While the Panerai gives you that unforgettable style, along with legendary
history. ..Then the Rolex knocks it out of the park also, with it's amazingly vibrant,
yet elegant dial, phenomenal bezel, and second to none craftsmanship. Wow !!!

Thian, that is one exceptional look beater you are getting there ! Can't believe how
good this one looks, and all for an unbeatable price there. What's so nice about it, is
that it does have that cool Tuna look, but also does many of it's own things. Like the
overall gray, bead-blasted finish, and neat looking marker style it has.

Nice! With that slight cushion case you could even fit it with a shark-mesh bracelet.

Right Tom. I've been told on other forums that this style begs for different straps and bracelets.
I have a custom made strap and a black NATO on order. Should be fun to experiment.

I may be working a deal on this which totally has grabbed my attention.....Certified Chronometer and Chronograph, with 100% IN HOUSE movement......I love the look of this. The seller and I may have a trade in the works, but just waiting as the COSC Cert he had didnt match up to the serial on the movement. He contacted Ebel and they said this happens pretty frequently as retailers accidentally give the wrong paperwork. If Ebel gets the proper paperwork, I may still do a trade with the seller.

Omega Sea Planet 45mm, with rubber bracelet... what a cool watch!!

Those watches by Essex are REALLY something Rick ! They have a modern AND vintage
kind of theme to them. I like everything about them. Even the bracelets are beautiful !!!
On top of that, not too many people would have the same watch out there, so that's
nice too.

Eric, that Ebel is EXCELLENT sir ! I remember you showing this one to us a little while
back. It really is phenomenal looking watch which evidently has the movement to match !
I hope everything works out with the paper work, and you can add that to your collection
very soon.

That's a GREAT watch there as well Rasbrito ! Omega seems to do everything right, and
this Planet Ocean you are showing really IS cool that is for sure ! That rubber strap adds an
extra level of sportiness, and aggressiveness also imho.
