Rick, this Certina IS nice ! Holy COW !
..What a cool name for a watch
by the way. Sounds very dynamic, and the whole look of the watch seems to
live up to that name. Just the case-shape by itself is outstanding ! This is one
that will fit perfectly into your collection sir. ..Congratulations to you !
One
really neat thing about vintage watches like these is that they have so many
exciting features. It's like watch companies supercharged their watches from
the dial, to the case, crystals, and even straps, and bracelets they chose at
the time. A good example of this is the way the dial is done with the Chrono-
lympic. That dark blue almost has a glowing effect that is happening with it
first of all. Then you have that sporty black outer ring that helps to define
the blue part even more. It's a really terrific look ! Add to that some of the
coolest looking sub-dials on a watch, and you have it all. Really like that red,
and white with the one, and how about that one at the 9 o'clock position
that is surrounded by those hurricane-like lines. Fantastic sir !!! ..Even the
style of hands fit in just right with this Certina Rick. They add to the watch,
and take nothing away. Giving you a touch of smoothness, and aggression.
Same goes for the case, with it's phenomenal lines, edges, and curves. At
each turn the case makes you smile.
As does the dial, along with perfectly
matched nato you have on it. Congratulations Rick, and as always. ..Enjoy !
Dynamic watch, dynamic PICS !
