I hate to see an empty forum

This is a knife that I picked up about a month back. It is a Gerber Paul Knife with a "blonde" wood handle. Model 2PM, #5 on the inside of the handle. It is 3 5/8 inches closed, 6 1/8 inches open...LOVE it, especially the blade lock!! The blade lock is a push button on the pivot point of the knife...on the side that is down on the pictures.







Paul's knives with the Axial Lock were some of the first one-handed opening knives. It launched a wave of product development efforts by major knife companies to achieve one-handed opening without violating Paul's patented designs. Paul also registered the Paul name as a trademark.

Nice one.....here is a fast group shot of my collection, when I belonged to our G-Forces private forum and we sold/traded our knives. I stopped because here in Japan it is touchy to carry them, of course! bummer...I do like the small Bocker! The Spyderco was my first buy in the 90s in Vancouver, Canada. The red SAK with the corkscrew was my fav and used it behind the bars to open wine bottles...the two fancy bladed ones are Chinese made...
