Looks like Seiko is unveiling some new GPS Astron models everybody. The new Seiko Astron GPS Stratosphere
watches are inspired by the curve of the Earth, and the dial is designed as if you were viewing it from above
the North Pole. Codes for the world's cities even run along the outer edge of the dial, and can be seen through
a curved sapphire crystal. Thanks to it's special GPS module, the watch automatically adjusts to 39 different
timezones across the globe.
The new Astron has a 48.1 mm case done in either stainless steel with either pink-gold color, or a black hard
coating. It also has a screw down crown, and case-back. 10 bar WR, and special silicon strap. The Caliber 7X52
has GPS controlled time, and time zone adjusting, as well as a daylight saving time function, accuracy to +/- 15
seconds per month, a perpetual calendar that's correct to February 2100, and much more.
