Many of you guys have probably seen the Perrelet Turbine watches
recently..If you haven't here is a bit of information on them. Turbine Time Icon_smile They
are inspired by aviation and gas turbines. There are three models..two
are DLC (Diamond Light Coating) or (Diamond Like Carbon) coated
titanium models with black or red behind the turbine blades. The third
is a polished titanium model. The watches have a patented P-181 Double
Rotor automatic movement which beats at 28,800vph and has a 42 hour
power reserve. There are also luminous numbers amd markers on these
watches.

Don, I feel the same way....if I can't see what time it is .....WTF good is it. I looked at TX's and bought the only one I could read with out looking at it for 5 minutes!! Some of them are bad.

Maybe the point of these Tubines is 'I don't need to know what time it is so my watch has to be super cool to make up for it'.....OK I still wish I had one....

I don't really care for it too much. There is a certain TV host that has one on order though.

Thanks for all the great opinions guys !..It really does seem to be
a love them or hate them thing with these. For myself..I genuinely
think they are cool as well as original ! Turbine Time Icon_smile It's just another great
watch for us to appreciate IMHO. I also..totally see where others
might disagree with this..being that the watches may be hard to read,
or just way too far out there ! Turbine Time Alien In any case..it's fun to talk about,
thanks again !
