Agree with 66. I don't like either, but most elements are completely different. IMO.

Aside from both being round and ana-digis there's not a lot of similarities.

Not real similar. I think Omega has pretty much discontinued the X33, although its still available to military groups by special order.

The Bulova might just be a little bit like the Omega there.
Possibly with the chapter ring a bit and the ani-digi. Maybe
