yes, saw that post. Pretty unusual. The fellow is a collector and found someone in the Hong Kong Seagull outlet to have rounded up another 208 or so 1963s!!! All with presentation papers etc. Did the factory do another private batch??
Originally sold by Watchunique in the Netherlands for around $220usd shipped, and by markus Bahlman in Mainland China, from whom I got mine for $220usd shipped last year. A German company managed to get some with presentation backs too. Those were the only western outlets ..but now this fellow finds another 208!
Obviously there is an increase in pricing! These are solid watches with the ST1901 mechanical chrono movement and respected.
