| I had to send my BELOW ZERO back to have a similar issue fixed; no charge as it was under warranty. No company is PERFECT, their response to issues is how I judge them.

| After reading the thread it appears that it is not necessarily an obvious mfg. defect. More like the buyer never asked for the carfax! You never can be sure when buying used. | |
