these EPIC watches.
Often times we see the unusual, the cool, and the unique when it
comes to watches. However, sometimes it's just NICE to see a genuine legend, or classic.
This Omega Seamaster genuinely would be considered a legend, and classic. It's one of
those watches that actually is a celebrity in it's own right. Must be neat to have a watch
that you can see in a magazine, on a billboard, or even in a movie ! Honestly it's not every
day that you have the chance to see such a nice watch. I mean James Bond wears a watch
like this.
Enough said ! Still when you have a watch like this there is alot to say, and also
enjoy. Once you realize the legendary manufacturer of this watch, and the legendary name
of the watch there is a TON to see. Have ALWAYS liked the dials on these Seamasters first
of all. The especially eye-catching
blue captures your attention immediately. It's kind of adark tone in some light, while it seems to become lighter other times. ..Genuinely acts like
a chameleon color, that changes looks at any time. It's just TOO GOOD ! In addition there
are these crazy cool waves in the dial, that also seem to change, and even dissappear at
times. The pattern is especially intriguing TOO, and seems to be one of the BEST examples
of a wave pattern dial if you ask me Dave. On top of those neat waves are some of the most
recognizeable hands as well. I love the way the hour, minute, and second hand look. Especially
like the shapes of the hour, and miute hand. The skeleton design, as well as the markers at
the end of each of them are EXCELLENT imho. That dot at the tip of the hour hand is really
something to see, because besides it's great shape, the dot mirrors the actual dot markers
that go around this dial.
Each of them brings more of that authentic dive watch feel into
the mix, and they also just look neat ! ..Also have to add that the triangle at the end of the
minute hand is genious as well. It changes things up a little, while also playing off of the triangle
on the bezel. Great stuff ! Yet another phenomenal extra touch with this dial are ALL of the
red accents. They bring some extra attitude to this super smooth watch, while doing it ina well thought out way. Even the sub-dials are done so well, as they blend right into this dial,
but still find a way to be a BIG part of the watch as a whole. Speaking of big parts of a watch,
this BEZEL is definitely that ! The
blue matches the dial perfectly, while helping you to appreciatethe outstanding look of all of the markings, and numbers Omega put on this one. It also helps
separate the top portion of the bezel from the edge. There you can dive right into the intricate
nooks, and crannies it has to offer. The shape, as well as the brushing is INCREDIBLE to see
right there. Then the effortless transition of the bezel into the classic case takes place. It's
easy to understand why this watch really is a LEGEND. All of the classic, subtle details coming
together to make one especially NICE watch. The breathtaking dial, and bezel, the classic design
of the case, and even a piece of art for a case-back ! Yowza !!! That three dimensional emblem,
along with the texturing is PHENOMENAL.
Can NEVER see that one enough to be honest !
Same can be said for the bracelet, which unlike many bracelets actually GRABS YOUR ATTENTION.
That style of mixing different links, and patterns together is exceptional, and I think it genuinely
shows that Omega isn't content to do the expected. They do their best to make their watches
something special, something that is both classic, AND legendary. Congrats on another winner
