| I need some advice, ive always loved the look of the p.o. orange arabic with black bezel. ive never owned a omega and am kind of worried about the quality of the bracelet, it looks like it has hollow end links and i know some people prefer them to solid. compared to breitlings how does the omega stand up. better, same, worse. im still not sure if im going chrono or 3 hand on any watch i get. any help would be greatly apreciated. thanks Steve | |

| thanks for the info guy's. john thanks for letting me know the endlinks are in fact solid, from some of the pics i saw they looked like they were just folded over hollow endlinks. thanks again Steve | |

| Hey Steve, No Problem. Now that I think about it, the end links do have ears which extend over the lugs and case. I know on some other kinds of bracelets that are inexpensive, there are folded over end links with extended ears and those are pretty weak and flimsy. No worries on the PO.

| Steve, although I don't have an Omega, don't think you could go wrong with getting any one of them. Especially the Planet Oceans. They really seem to be PHENOMENAL watches ! Just seeing the photos of all of the ones the guys here have is ALOT of fun, and having one of your own would most likely be well worth it. Not to mention, be one more iconic watch added to your collection. Also think it's probably hard to compare Omega, with Breitling. ..Both build GREAT watches, but just do things a little differently than eachother which is pretty cool. ____________________________________ | |

| I swear my PO Chrono was cursed, but all better now. Bracelet is great and often imitated - no rattle whatsoever. Never had a desire to swap it out - a key feature to the overall mass IMO. Links flanges do give the appearance of hollow but seriously doubt it. Still the star of my collection despite my early troubles. | |

| I bet the ergonomic link style originates with the earlier preBond quartz models. The modern iteration now appears in the PO series, hefty and solid, never heard of the links pulling hairs! There are some complaints of the clasp Y joint pin coming loose though (this happened on one of my Omega X-33s), but nevertheless, the bracelet is superb. seamasters extra links 002 by thianwong1, on Flickr | |

| Hey Steve, just like stated above the PO bracelets are top notch, very heavy blocks of stainless. Having owned both the Omega and B'ling the Omega bracelets have the edge over B'ling IMO. | |

| The P.O. is inbound, should have it on the wrist by wednesday. Decided to buy a new one, all the used ive seen were either scratched up or the wrong combination plus they were all selling for around 2,400 to 2,500 so for the diferance i would rather go new. pics will follow soon as i get it. Thanks for all your help and the pics sealed the deal, it truely is a sweet looking timepiece. Steve | |
