PostSubject: Ocean7 LM6 GMT   Ocean7 LM6 GMT Icon_minitimeSat May 21, 2011 3:01 pm

Just arrived yesterday from Ocean7.

Sold my 3hand blue LM6 a while back and always wanted the GMT.
IMO its one of the best looking blue dials i've ever seen. Love the
Heaviness/comfort of the bracelet and IMO the blue w/orange 24hr.
inner chapter ring, minute and tipped second hand go very well together.
Not to mention its built like a tank.

Brushed Stainless Case
Swiss ETA 2893-2 Automatic Movement
44 mm diameter
16.5 mm height
Swiss Super Luminova
Domed Sapphire Crystal
Steel Bracelet Included
Water Resistance - 500m/1650ft
24mm Lug Spacing
Screw Down Crown
Unidirectional 120 Click Bezel
260 Grams on Bracelet.

This watch is a PITA to photograph w/the domed crystal!

Looks like you really picked up a real winner here Strutn !!! It's just GORGEOUS ! Smile
The dial is beautiful, the quality, and weight looks top notch, and the blue, along
with orange is an excellent team also. Add all of that to the rest of the TERRIFIC
specifications you have listed, and this Ocean 7 will MORE than make up for the
other LM6 you had sir. Congratulations on this one ! ..Really have to begin with
the dial here. Because it has ALOT to enjoy about it. As you pointed out earlier,
the blue is pretty fantastic. ..Literally looks like a lake of water with it's cool blue
color, which kind of seems to be both dark, and lighter at certain times. Ocean7 LM6 GMT 803574 It just
couldn't be any nicer, or more appropriate for a dive watch. The way that these
markers are done is remarkable as well. Those two extra long ones which are at
the 12 o'clock position are so awesome first of all, and the ones at 3 o'clock, and
9 o'clock fit in nicely as well. However, it's ALL of the other ones TOGETHER which
make for this very attractive uniform look around the outer edge of the dial. You
not only get an eye catching pattern, but also what becomes a neat outline for
the beautiful blue center portion of the dial, and that is where you see that cool
effect which is like the lake of water. Also think that super wide chapter ring works
VERY well too, and gives the dial some added extra depth. ..You genuinely feel
like it is a long long way to the bottom of the dial. At the same time, things get
a little cooler, as well as sportier with the addition of those nice orange numbers,
along with unique dot markers. Wow, those are GREAT ! Something else that is
great about the dial are the HANDS ! They have that new classic, and aggressive
dive style which fits in flawlessly with the style of the LM6. Plus you get an almost
vintage second hand, mixed in with a GMT hand that is off the charts. I like how
the orange accent color works on the minute, and second hand. While the white
accent colors seem to fit perfectly with the markers on the dial. It's the kind of
dial that does everything right Strutn, and that continues with the bezel, case, and
bracelet TOO. For example on the bezel, there is this phenomenal combination
of markers, and numbers. You have that deeply etched look with all of them, but
also a very nice mixing of white, and black paints. Even the brushing is exceptional
as you follow the lines in the steel around it. This bezel's edge is extremely attractive
too, as it brings in those thick teeth, which seem to actually follow along in the
footsteps of the bracelet's links. Genious ! cheers Have to also mention that this case
has SO many intriguing angles, lines, and turns as well. The lugs have some of those
lines, as do the sides of the case, along with area near the crown. ..Hey, and how
about that Ocean 7 emblem on the clasp ?! THAT is special, and so is the LUME !
What a GORGEOUS watch ! Congrats on having it, and of course ..enjoy !

Gorgeous watch, as well as pictures here !

Great watch...

Love the case...

Not a big "butterfly clasp" fan though, would be a deal breaker for me...

Good looking watch overall...

Enjoy!

Thanks man, O7 also offers the divers safety clasp and i'm almost positive Mitch will
swap it out for you instead of the butterfly... not a issue for me though.

Thanks again guys, much appreciated.
