Some COSC Invicta come with COSC paperwork. Does this one?

Taken literally, it means Invicta made the original certified Swiss chronometer. I believe indicating the standard COSC was their intent. Probably just another goof that made it to market. Does a mistake make it more valuable? Will it someday rival the value of my 60th anniversary Russian Diver?

Chris-this is model #4829 and I found a link to airwatches selling the watch. They say it comes with the COSC certificate.
