Does anyone know if there is some type of picture search engine where by you can enter a pic and it tell you who or what the picture is of?

Hmm this was a difficult one ! I'm not too good with the whole picture and photo taking thing..and you most likely know alot more about this kind of information. In any case I searched around and really kept coming up with all the same sites. None of them seemed to fit the bill, of what you want really ! Most are just photo sharing sites I guess and I'm not sure if you can enter pictures and have them tell you who or what the picture is of !..I think you might be ahead of technology on this one ! Anyway here is a link that kind of ranks the photo search engines out there !..

A lot of digital pictures have EXIF information attached to them. Right click the picture and you can view some of the properties, camera type, date taken, file name, photographer (if listed), camera settings used etc. I have highlighted and googled some of this data to find people using copyrighted material in the past. You can try doing this or post the pic and I'll see if I can find it anywhere else.
